I’ve been a Zog customer for a few years now, and thoroughly recommend them. As well as being very competitive, they have UK based staff who actually answer the phone, and are most helpful and friendly.

No phone number given on their website. Really not sure what to make of a company that clearly doesn’t want you to ring them. No-one in the office past 4.30pm either. Everyone on Trustpilot seems to love them but just three complaints on there really do stand out – is this co. supremely arrogant I wonder.

Zog is refreshingly user-friendly and amazingly economical energy supplier. They say that big trees from little acorns grow , so I would love to see Zog take over from all the big-greedy energy companies in popularity! I LOVE Zog!

Zog has been brilliant from day one, great service and great price!

Not so keen to pay back any over payment that they have allowed to build up. When moving from one of their tariffs to another they hang on to one third of the over payment. Had I signed up to a tariff with another energy supplier it’s unlikely they would require an up front payment.

Be wary of this company they dnt take payment on time and when you question why they uped your dd without any knowledgement they threaten to put you on another tariff so do be careful and always check how much they are taken.

Poor customer service. Alex had a really bad attitude had to almost cancel before he would listen.
