Unbelievable bad customer service: I posted 2 times a serious complaint days ago and still no answer, nothing. Today the computer (chatbot and nót chatten) asked me if I was satisfied about their service concerning the complaint. Uhhhhh duhhhhh, I have heard NOTHING sofar Albelli!!!!!

Had problems with the delivery of the photo book, something went wrong in the production of the photo book. This has now been resolved via the chat I had with Merell from customer service. Albertelli will send a new copy. I find this solution neat, logical and I really appreciate it.
