Got diagnosed with the most sinister of diseases here. Bad news was delivered with in hindsight a very tender ‘bedside’ manner. Felt like they really cared. I imagine it helped me on my road to recovery.
Very pleasant staff and volunteers. Facilities very clean and lovely to have a coffee bar and book shop manned by volunteers.

Referred to Dermatology as I had a superficial basal carcinoma on my face not a pleasant experience from start to finish .Found some of the nursing staff surprisingly quite rude and felt an inconvenience .The appointment system is totally shambolic .

Was quick fast service, friendly helpful staff… car park is outdated, no use of new £1 coin…. this is a real issue as old coins are becoming scarce… get with it NHS….
