Arrived early with a stick was told that I could not enter x-ray as staff were having lunch but to come back later, I had no money as paid taxi and was to use buss pass to go home, so in the heat I sat on the wall til my appt, ended up a very thirsty person, x-ray was quick. Unlike myself.

I visited Royal Hants Dentistry surgery recent to have a wisdom tooth removed under local, I cannot rave enough about how amazing the nurses and Dentist were. Always had amazing treatment here. Had a few different appointments over the years from orthopaedics to orthodontic. All the staff have shown the upmost care. I’ve always been seen quickly. It’s clean and easy to find where you need to go. Parking is great and I always get a space although the charges don’t go down as well.

I was referred to the RSH on Friday 10th June with chest pain and was seen in the urgent treatment centre in the Fanshawe wing. The care there was exemplary, both quick and efficient. Walk in centre staff were all brilliant, from reception to triage to the nurse practitioner, friendly and smiling and explained everything perfectly. It was packed out and they were run off their feet but still maintained an excellent service.

I have been twice now to the MIU (Minor Injuries Unit) here. The staff are helpful, the room and seating are very clean and the doctor that saw me was very helpful. The entire process took 20 minutes and I was looked after very well.
Fairly low waiting times and well equipped hospital. The staff are always super friendly here and they have some walk in clinics for sexual health and minor injuries.

Broke my toe was in and out xray’d etc in 45 mins staff were brilliant and helpful and helped in any way they could, NHS have done themselves proud here and all those who moan about our NHS dont know how lucky we are to have it.
2 hour wait for an X-ray and got kicked out cause closing time was approaching and there was no one to see me.
