Absolute waste of money. Bought an it suitcase and it has been used 3 times,the inside frame has snapped. You would think that with the supposed “10 year guarantee” that I would be able to get a refund or a replacement, but no. and I am still stuck with the broken case. Hopeless company.

I recently purchased it luggage and used it for the first time. It was raining when I came home and when I unpacked the clothing & shoes around the edges of the suitcase were damp. It is not water proof. I liked the weight of the luggage.

Customer service doesnt work. I e-mailed 2 weeks ago…luggage just broken while carrying 20 kg. That was my first trip. Just broken in the middle of the road from its’ holding part… poor quality and service…
