I had a great time studying there. Professor’s help in anyway they could to students. The school itself fantastic and the view around is scenic. Though I mostly walked around due to the bad transportation system, it was a way to see the beautiful surroundings.

Nice location and the room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of it but it took 40 mins to arrive.

Loved every minute of my time at Bangor University. Studied Electro Acoustic composition. Brilliant course, loved the studio time, even miss it today (I graduated in 1998). Tons of hiking, cycling opportunities… highly recommend to anyone considering going there.

Needs more in the area for students and public. Cinema and bowling alley, shopping complex?. Arena for theatre? Everything is so boring if you cant travel. And uni entertainment is seasonal at best.

It wasn’t exactly the University. I went for my second dose of the Coronavirus vaccine. On both occasions I have been extremely impressed with the organisation. It was spot on!

Staff are slow and have forgotten my food order on multiple occasions. The atmosphere is normally poor although drinks are often £2 when games are opne

Could recollect Professor Colin Price, Morag MacDonald..As.part of Academics we got exposed to various subjects in Environmental science, GIS, Forestry and excellent Field experience..

The best! Beautiful little city, university staff were very helful and they never ignored my questions (both academics and administrative).

I was Bangor uni for four years and enjoyed every minute of it. I studied marine biology, so had both in Bangor and menai bridge. Bangor also has a great night life, but also just a short distance from Snowdonia for quiet serene walks.

Very lovely school

I have struggled with the registration process. Have not found some staff terribly helpful. Expected a supportive welcome, especially as an expat moving back to England.

It’s the best University for every learner.

It took me less than five minutes to get the coronavirus test done and less than an hour to get the result. Very organised team. Thank you.

Decent university especially when you factor the cost. Still the overall location is a bit isolated.

Five star for the lovely staff in Bangor Business School…special shout out to Jonathan Williams (Head of Business School), he is very intelligent with a great personality!

Accommodation great, staff lovely and food very, very good.

To be avoided at the moment. Lock down and student halls with plenty of covid positive cases inside. Difficult times.
