Nurses and doctors are great, shame can’t be said about reception.
I was made to wait outside with two kids in the rain because we wasn’t allowed to sit with my partner in a&e. I tried to explain he had special needs but she didnt care. So we waited with the drunks, very safe!

From outpatient X-ray, referral to A&E due nature of injury and subsequent admission as Tavistock day surgery patient plus hand therapy the staff were all friendly but professional, concerned but reassuring. Cannot fault the care and service received by a marvellous team of people in all departments. Very much appreciated.

I have nothing but praise and thanks to the security man on A&E on Sunday night (7/8/22). Not only did he allow me to phone the care home I worked at to update them on the person I was escorting but also phoned a taxi for me and helped me in the taxi. What a kind a caring young man.
