Not the best. Small opticians. staff all seem a bit clueless with the stupid paper notes that they still use. Training needed. Appointments cancelled, items forgotten or incorrect. Changed opticians because not a good experience.

Lovely opticians… Very professional and a nice friendly atmosphere. First class service from all the colleagues. I would highly recommend.

I went for an eye checkup. The staff were very courteous and patient with me. I had a lot of questions, and they answered everything properly. The tests were conducted fairly quickly too, and covid protocols were allowed followed, e.g cleaning the machines before testing.

Shocking customer service. Arrived 2 minutes late for appointment after calling to say I would be slightly late and they told me I couldn’t be seen. Not even slightly understanding. Their 3 appointment reminder messages had the wrong time too and they took no responsibility for that either.

Call them in Edinburgh and get put through to a call centre miles away, where they refuse to let you know if they have an appointment before wanting all your personal details DOB contact etc, and getting off their spam list is a nightmare. Can’t answer a simple question first: do you have an appointment free today?

Great service, amazing staff

I had a really lovely visit to this location. Coming from the US, I was a bit nervous what the process would be like. It’s a popular location, so be sure to book in advance. The service was quick and easy.

They are frendily in store but stupid at work esp. with their delivery. They play punctuality with customers but diahonesty with themselves. You can’t collect you goods on time, never, in this boots. Shame.
