I suffered a bad glass cut so I went to the hospital to have it checked. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes until a nurse could see me and she sorted it out in about 10 minutes. Brilliant service.

Well ! — On Saturday – I had to visit The Minor Injuries Unit, I was so suprised, the timing – from being processed to seeing Nurse Anna C., I arrived at 11.15 – and left all healed at 12.15, BRILLIANT ! – the ladies in The Reception – superb, The Processing Nurse – Brilliant, then Nurse Anna – wonderful !!!! Thank-you all !!!

My friend was taken to this hospital after a bad fall. Everyone, from the paramedic who took her there, to the staff who exhamined her, and then cleaned and dressed her wounds was utterly brilliant. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful facility near by with such caring and dedicated professionals on hand.

Visited on Weds as baby had discharge from her ear, found to have ear infection with perforation. The whole experience was easy, the doctor was brilliant, took her time and provided reassurance. Lovely place.

Had to go to minor injuries over Easter. Given the bank holiday the service was very efficient and the staff were helpful. Jan the nurse was very good – a credit to the NHS.

Had to bring my little girl back the next with a urin sample, waited for 2 hours and walked out as she wasn’t going to be seen for still hours. When I got there the waiting time was only 50min. Get better service at the local doctors

Diagnosis, X-ray and sent to ED within 3 hours on a Sunday morning.
I can’t thank the staff enough.

Shame they are under funded and under staffed. Went today with my son who was bleeding from his ear. Recommended to go home and come back tomorrow as it wasn’t urgent and they had a 2 hour wait.

Very rude nurse taking some information. But the second nurse was lovely to my husband after the xray.

If you plan to have a stroke (although I recommend you go fishing instead) then the care you will receive here is outstanding to say the least. Thank you all

Had to come here for ear infections a few weeks ago. Every member of staff I saw was really friendly and caring. Really quick to be seen as well.

Delivered some fire doors for some new building, great staff who made me a brew and gave me biscuits too ☺️☺️☺️ happy days.
