My wife ordered and recieved a dress but it had a fault. She returned it having followed their returns policy. It was received by them and a full refund agreed by email over a month ago. The company will no longer reply to emails and no refund has been received.

I ordered a jacket and it was very poor quality. I returned the item and had to send an e-mail to find out why I had not received my refund after a number of weeks. I received my refund once I followed it up. Poor quality products and extremely slow to refund. I will not be purchasing again.

Don’t buy from caris closet! They resell dresses for hundreds more than they’re worth. You could probably find the dresses on a Chinese site for less than €20 or even worse from sites like pretty little thing with the tags cut off. They are such bad quality for hundreds of euro. Would definitely NOT recommend!

Our bride just got our four bridesmaids dresses all in Cari’s Closet. Victoria was absolutely FANTASTIC, such a fantastic ambassador of the store and our bride was absolutely thrilled. Brilliant experience!!
