I filled my original HP ink cartridges black and colour here. I literally was able to print 4 pages and the ink was already finished. What a rip off. Stay away. Was charged over £20 only for a refill. For the same price I bought now originals on Amazon for £25 and XL size

I was stuck and couldn’t get the problem resolved with my printer. I was given best possible service from very knowledgeable staff who went out of their way unlike other superstores. Absolute 5 stars!

Once again, I experienced not only highly knowledgeable and professional service from staff at this branch but really kind and thoughtful service. Nothing was too much trouble: they really go the extra mile. Everything was on time and the price is always fair.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the over the counter price of the ink cartridges I needed was almost double what they would have cost if I’d bought them on their website so I doubt I’ll be returning

I went here as this was the only one open at the time a month ago. I don’t use my printer much but the guy was suppose fill up my black ink and when I put my cartridge back in my printer said “low on black ink” …

They charged me £3,20 to print out 16 pages in black and white of an A4 pdf file. The quality of the copies was extremely bad. I would never go there again.
