Since opening the housing list 2 years ago they are still failing to action applications. Constantly months behind on processing them.
Further more the whole housing policy is beyond joke and discriminatory

Nice friendly staff hahaha ya right would friendly staff throw tenants personal stuff away before the legal time off letting me collect my stuff n robbing phones n gadgets from my property with 24hours off eviction . That’s illegal not friendly .

It is sad that I have to give them a negative review as the staff I dealt with were nice but having moved out a year ago and still chasing my deposit which they had collected back from the tenancy deposit scheme. I have been so frustrated to the point that is I can give a -1000 stars
