Amazing Dental Hospital. Been coming here for two years now for my son dental appointments.Lovely, friendly and helpful staffs right from the receptionist to the nurses, dentists and consultants. Great experience my son had a rugby injury to his eye socket within a week of first seeing the Dr s at Charles Clifford he had an operation to fix plates to his eye socket enabling him to see properly again. They informed us on all the procedure s and helped my son to be less stressed. Would recommend to anyone

I can’t thank the staff enough, I needed an emergency appointment for an abcess in my tooth and was in agony. I’m normally seen by students who are excellent but seen by an orthodontist today as students on holiday. The staff are friendly and very professional and I left with my tooth intact and no pain!

Been attending Charles Clifford since being a child,(I’m 59 now),staff have ALWAYS been polite and helpful. The orthodontists and their assistants ALWAYS explain the proceeds of what they’re going to do and are ALWAYS Willing to answer ANY questions one has.

Still waiting….. about 3 weeks ago my mom was having her wisdom tooth removed, and the dental practioner messed up the procedure and was immediately reffered here, 3 weeks later shes still waiting, doesnt seem like it should be classed as a emergency dental hospital.

Charles Clifford, two words that strike fear into any sore-mouthed Sheffielder. In reality I’ve had surgery here and they were excellent. Their admin is not up to the same standard though.

They are a BIG dental hospital but they would NOT do a re treatment of root canal therapy. They asked me to look for a “specialist” on my own and gave me some antibiotics which doesn’t work at all.

Wonderful dental hospital ,i had a 2nd root canal done ,excellent care and was done by a post graduate which i would say was better than my own dentist ,she was so thorough and so caring ,i would recommend this hospital by far

The receptionists have a horrible attitude! Extremely rude and uninterested, lowest level of customer service. An awful experience and I didn’t even get to see a doctor!
