STAY AWAY!! The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them, especially their DIY platform- Charles Stanley Direct. They are very secretive, rude and unhelpful.

Excellent service. Transferred all my family accounts over to Charles Stanley Direct and the process was incredibly smooth with a knowledgeable Helpdesk in Edinburgh. I can access everything through the App 24/7 and the website is clear and concise.
