Absolutely terrible repair and customer service. Take weeks to make an appointment and then give you a time different to what you have previously agreed with them so it has to be cancelled. Awful attempt at a repair which you can clearly see that has broken within hours. Avoid at all costs!

John Lewis sent this company to inspect my clearly faulty sofa and they reported there is nothing wrong as it is ‘that type of sofa’.
Never gone to the effort to leave a negative review before but this bunch were thoroughly useless and infuriating from beginning to end. Same experiences as other below and more.

After a shabby repair was asked to pay for a repair report so there could repair it again as there is no one in the office with technical advice and must pay for the technician even if they cannot repair it I recommend you go else were they just want your money
