This surgery is so difficult to get through too and actually get an appointment can be quite a stressful experience. Been trying to get through for 2 days as require appointment asap and cannot even get through the phone. Tried again after the rush hour and got an appointment with the nurse so relieved and updated my comment 🙂

Still took 40 mins to answer the phone, when number 1 in the queue the whole time. Prescription request missed again and told takes 5 working days when website says 3. Incompetent.
