Our dealings with EMac were not straight forward involving an existing service plan and the creation of a new plan with our new vehicle. I sold my car mid term. I could not transfer the policy so I had to cancel it. I had paid in £688.59, my first service cost £443.27 leaving £245.32 in the pot. They returned to me £155.32 after charges. I will not be taking out another service plan from EMaC Ltd.

This company have been extremely prompt and comsiderate when arranging a refund of a unused service plan. When spoken to, the staff proved to be courteous, obliging and knowledgeable.
Such helpful and knowledgeable staff at call centre. Quick settlement to cashing in policy. Would always use them for car service packages. Just new car comes with a package.

Not reallv of great assistance on the phone when I recently enquired I had two agreements in place (and two direct debits deducted) when there should only be one. They referred me back to the dealership.

One star is me being generous. I’m totally disappointed, lack of good customer service. Apparently a “no refund” policy even though I have been asking for my service plan to be cancelled for 3 months!!!! In this economy, lack of customer service and understanding is appalling!!
