The worst customer service ever company that I tried. I don’t know why banks want to work with them.

Please note it is Hell of a site you put in a password which i do all day on ten of sites ,the Experian site says a moment after saying you have successfully changed ur password,invalid password and locks you out for another day.

My credit score was influenced by a wrong information (and looks like Experian doesn’t bother to confirm if the information companies give you is correct) as from a debit of £221.52 my E-on invoice went to a credit of £50.87, but based on their WRONG information you brought my credit score to 762

I have NEVER had such a poor customer service experience. I have a VERY simple request but I cant get anyone but a machine on the phone and it doesnt have the options I need. So instead of going to a customer service rep it just hangs up. I hope experian goes bankrupt.

Worthless company. They won’t help you in any way unless you pay subscription.

What ever you ask they have a generic answer to give. I wonder why they have customer care officers. A bot will surely do a better job. 🙁

Even though i have been registered at an address for over four years, paying council tax and on electoral reg, Experian says can’t locate me or varify me.

Absolutely terrible customer service that advises i need to sign up to a free trial and cancel before 30 days, if i want to speak to someone regarding a mistake they have made – outrageous for a company of their size and influence!

They sell your personal data to companies, after they “buy” it from the UK electoral roll register

Scammers they give 3rd parties all your contact details and you get phone calls asking to save money when I asked where and who provided you with the number they clearly said experian

Cowboy outfit. Not worth £20 a month. Clear score much better! Avoid like a dose.

Experian UK STOLE over 100 pounds from me and gave me NOTHING in return. I didn’t even know that I subscribed to them. I was just trying to see my credit score! Stay FAR away from them!
