I’ve had issues logging in. No reply to my email, but a phone call with Jonathan resolved the issue quickly. Very helpful and patient (even when i was making silly mistakes), he went through the website options with me. So far, the process seems clear and simple. Thanks Jonathan.

Simply appalling. Currently at 6 week point in trying to access my cash. It takes an age for any response only to be met with a holding reply or another hurdle to negotiate. A very efficient process in signing up. I have opened 2 junior investment Isa’s for my children and couldn’t be more pleased with what i have experienced so far. The app is also very impressive and easy to use with multiple ways for you to manage your account. I would recommend.
