Came into Volvo in Newbury with a tyre problem. No appointment. James Bedford and the mechanics were marvellous. They found a leaky valve and repaired it free of charge. Means I can drive to work without worrying I may have a blow out on the motorway. Very reassuring to know they are so helpful and nearby.

Had a slow puncture on my Volvo XC90 yesterday. James Bedford said to bring it in straight away and they would fit the job in. Fortunately it was a screw in a position that was repairable and it was ready by 3pm and surprisingly free of charge.
