We ordered some items 11days ago. The items were dispatched very promptly however we have not yet received them. We live in the Irish republic. The items were send by Royal Mail and there is no tracking number. I phoned earlier today and was told that you have no way of telling me the status of my delivery.

There was a good choice for me to choose from. I had several questions relating to what I wanted to purchase and they replied very promptly within a few hours. Ordering was fine and the product arrive very promptly. I am very satisfied with this company. Thank you!

Transaction went smoothly and the items arrived very quickly. The only disappointing thing is that the items were wrapped in a plastic wrapper. Time to move to a more environmentally packing material.

I bought a product that had a very short expiry. I understand that it was written on the description but it was not highlighted or put into bold to catch your attention and hence was easily missed. Refund was issued but not for the cost of returning the item. Was a disappointing experience.
