I have used GEM 2x this year and both times received an excellent service. When recently my car wouldnt start , as there was a fault with the immobiliser, the mechanic arrived after 45 minutes and managed to fix it and get it going, after trying several times. Very good service Gem. Even when my subs had lapsed inadvertently they still came to the rescue. TIming helped for sure, but I broke down at 6pm one day and was home less than an hour later with the car on a low loader.

Brilliant service, recovery truck arrived within an hour. Last time I relied on the RAC and they left me waiting for the recovery truck for 7 1/2 hours.
