Went for my first surgery after a broken ankle and have been looked after like a queen. Everyone was so nice. I was scared but they said all the right things to reassure me. Much better and quicker service than a big hospital where you feel …

They now don’t do walk in blood tests they refuse even though they are on dudy and no one is waiting even if you can get an appointment (usually 3 days wait and specific time) you turn up and there’s no one else there but you. It probably makes sure they get 100% on the stats. They must sit around a lot.
I can’t praise this hospital highly enough. Xray appointment this morning and met with kindness and caring from the moment I entered the hospital. Thank you all so very much
Julia

Little one had a accident and wasn’t sure if it required a trip to A&E so went in to ask, the nurse agreed to quickly see my son. She cleaned the cut and put some glue on it, super helpful staff and saved us putting more unnecessary pressure on A&E.
Had to go to the Diagnostic and Treatment Centre for a procedure. I was there about five hours in total. The nurses and staff were fantastic, very friendly, and although busy had time to chat, make you laugh and feel at ease. Well done ladies, keep it up

Staff are always pleasant. The waiting area in A&E is always clean and tidy as is the rest of the hospital. There are always plenty of car park spaces. Be warned though it’s not a proper A&E, it’s only minor injuries, so if you walk in with half your arm hanging off your out of luck.
Couldn’t be more impressed
