On hold far too long, rubbish

Whichever department you talk to from bins, highways or complaints you are met rudeness. They charge huge amounts if council tax and just deny any issues when complaints are put in against them. An example is we had a green bin refused to be emptied as ‘there was a takeaway bag in there which MIGHT have still had food in it’.

Poor, during cold weather we had to wait 10 days for heating and hot water. (My wife I’d disabled)

Poor service in the garage for MOT test , they absolutely rob customer, I call to garage for move my appointment to after Xmas because the licensing doesn’t have appointment before Xmas( I just made my appointment day before at 4 PM and …

Useless, nothing gets done always on phone for 30 mins plus

Wow so proud to be living in kirklees
They supported me and my children through what has been a horrific couple of years
Cant fault them

Terrible council. They don’t fix the roads, can’t empty the bins, and can’t keep their website running to report them.

Nobody ever answers the phone

Already paid my council tax and there demanding MORE!!!!

Because its where my pay cheque comes from.
Not sure giving it anything other than 5 stars would help me. B-)
