They ruin my daughter s hair they. Charge me 20 pound for a maximum 10 pound hair cut. And one side of hair is long and other is short I wait for an hour and then come back disappointed they wore in hurry to attend new customers. Poor survice I have to go someone else to fix her hair.

Absolutly rude !!! I rang to enquire about prices and the lady was extremley rude and said she was busy and slammed the phone down on me !!! I was a first time customer trying out this place and was shocked with the poor customer service they provided and not forgetting how rude they were !!!!

Worst customer services. They burned my skin with hot wax had severe pain after coming back home. Also done menicure and pedicure, took extra time and didnot do it properly. Worst parlour, wasted my money. I thought of legal advice but in the end did not want to take action.

This place does not deserve a single star!!!
Complete waste!!! Salon is dirty and customer service is poor. The facial was very rushed, very basic and did not include a back massage as stated. Was definitely not a relaxing experience! I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money!!!

Absolutely horrendous place to go…went to get my eyebrows done and the staff messed it up. They both were so rude when I confronted her about it. Avoid at all costs they can’t even colour your hair properly and make it look ginger…..

I wouldn’t recommend this place to even my enemy, they had no clue what they were doing and stuff was rude. They charged any random money they could ask for. They have ruined my hair and charged extra money too. No star at all.
