Rang about our Dustbin, spoke to a really nice helpful lady “Ali” sorted straight away, yet again great service from North West Leicester’s Council, Well Done all, Thankyou so much.

I’m leaving this review as Rose from the choice based lettings is just amazing, she is so helpful friendly & has your best interest at heart. Thank you so so much. Very poor service. They don’t reply to emails and the new recycling bin crew will find any excuse not to empty your bin.

They are going to tax us for green bin collections, outrageous! Obviously they don’t want people to recycle and be green!

People get married here as well register office here and council is as well
