Cold callers trying to sell you over priced ‘business’ contracts. They claim to be an official Vodafone partner who can get you a better deal than Vodafone – they aren’t and they can’t… (One star is too many)
They ask if you are a sole trader in order to trick you into a three year contract with no cooling off period. Company with no ethics, con artists and in my opinion should be investigated by trading standards
I have been with onecom for a few years now and their service only gets better and better, I have just upgraded 2 off my phones with them and took out a new tablet at an unmissable deal. I cannot fault their customer service and willingness to help their customers. I was dealing with Richatd today and he was an absolute saint.
