Shocking service, constantly making mistakes including putting the wrong date for direct debit, sending ridiculous 2k bills for 6 months of energy use then deleting meter readings, messing up calculating my bill then not admitting they made a mistake but changing the amount. Useless
As a recent “Switching Customer” to Outfox, I must say that I was very impressed how slick & efficiently the switch was managed, precisely on schedule & without any hitches or problems. I would recommend Outfox 100%, without hesitation, to any potential new customers.
Seems Okay so far. I live in a large house, all electric radiators and a wood burning stove. Electricity consumption is higher than average. If OTM still like me next Spring when my account will inevitably be in debit, I will like them too.

I wasn’t happy with the effort to change the direct debit system. However, commonsense prevailed and the change was abandoned. The rates are competitive and as a pensioner, on a fixed income, what I pay for my energy is very important. Why pay more for the same electricity?
Fair prices and very easy to use website. The website also allows me to check and compare my gas and electricity useage.
