Very bad company….don’t pick up calls…trying all ways not to answer me….very bad customer service though. Personally I won’t use them . It’s just cause the flat I’m staying uses them…if i move into my own house, nah I won’t use them. It’s not worth it.
Truly Dreadful Service, Charged £260 at end of bill when moving to another provider, cleared through DD then sent another bill for over £700 and threatened with Credit agencies and debt collection. I would consider setting fire to your sofa to keep your house warm instead of using these Clowns.

11 months ongoing issue with meter nothing is done about it but they like take the money for electricity when you phone them they disconnect you after 2 seconds absolutely disgusting 1 star because you can’t give minus stars and in my opinion you should be able to do so.
