My wife started using this system and has been a disaster the 3 times its been used so far. Don’t know who’s fault but patient choice blame gp and vice versa. Will go back to original way for prescriptions.

Appalling service don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to messages when you leave your number and don’t send your prescriptions promptly.
