Took my daughter to urgent care. The staff from reception to the nurse who dealt with my daughter was super kind and very friendly and very efficient.

Today was the second time whilst on holiday we had reason to visit this lovely hospital in Penrith. Everyone (as before) from reception, nurses and Doctor were excellent, thank you

First class hospital just off the A66 opposite Bm. Very clean staff are professional and friendly covid aware and great at what they do.

Tried to contact Physiotherapist dept this afternoon but no answer- spoke to colleague in other dept and transferred to main reception but still no answer! Very poor

Having walked around Penrith for a while I had 30 minutes before my appointment at 1PM. I went to the canteen and had Lasagne and chips with garlic bread. So sorry I didn’t take any photos as It wasn’t on my plate very long. The staff I’ve known for 20 years . The price was under a fiver . DON’T EVER CLOSE PENRITH HOSPITAL.

While staying near Penrith over Christmas, i had a fall and went to the A&E Department. All the staff from the Receptionist to the nursing staff were lovely. Thank you especially working the Christmas period.

took our daughter following a fall while on our holiday, staff were fantastic and couldn`t do enough to put her at ease. triage carried out, xrays, assessment, splint fitted and final advice/review before letting us leave. Superb start to finish, thank you to all involved.

The NHS only caters for ill patients with spurting blood from wounds/ broken bones. They have ZERO interest with anyone with an invisible illness. They would rather drink coffee behind a closed door than help a sick person without an open …

It’s called Urgent Care Department for a reason!!!! After 111 wouldn’t recognise Penrith as a town, I had no other choice to go in and find the surprise of the 24h department being closed at 10pm with a sign saying to come back at 8am or call 111. Preposterous. 👎 …

Excellent drop in centre, fast, efficient, and highly skilled staff who are a tribute to the NHS.

Arrived to be greeted by very efficient and friendly parking attendant, who not only issued me with a zone card for car but directed me to the part of the hospital I needed – viva la NHS first class. Staff very friendly

complex environment simply ‘still’ underfunded.

NHS needs more £££s to save the best resource: our humanity. bless the NHS and their staff working beyond capacity, the dedication is there.

Seen really quickly and the four staff we interacted with could not have done any more to reassure us and help us with our minor emergency

Worst hospital and staff I’ve been too so called “treatment” has left my partner with bruises the staff were arrogant and very rude and caused more injury very shocked with the way we was treated and have been told about the terrible service from other Penrith locals.
