Lovely staff, it took a while to pay as the tills went down and the assistant didn’t know how to use the handheld. The staff were very nice though. Shopping wise some great designs and a few bargains to be had.

The customer service in this shop is amazing. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by a member of staff, nothing is too much for them. Would recommend if you are looking for anything Ralph Lauren to visit this store.

Found some lovely bargains for my grandchildren. Very helpful staff too..I will definitely be returning.

Rarely ever any good deals in this outlet and that’s the whole point of going to Swindon, a waste of time.

Not as much variety as expected but good quality and some real bargains can be found eg ingot a coat for about £70 original price £300

Some mainstream lines were on good discount here. Lot better deals than the one in bicester village

Great store and you can pick up some good bargains at certain times of the year. Just remember that most of the clothing lines are made for the Outlet store.

Had high expectations for this place. Half the shop is full of discounted last season’s stuff which is either in size small or XXL. The other half of the store is women’s and men’s clothes at full price items. Would rather shop online than go again to this place

The only reason for the three stars is that everything I liked was either far to small or more like a tent. I’m just a medium and struggled to get something my size. The store had plenty of polo shirts to fit but that was about it. I shall go back soon as I am aware that stock is always changing.

Maybe I’ve missed something but overall the range they have is junk with the Ralph Lauren label stuck on. Very over priced for an outlet store. £59 for a 3yr olds jumper but a full sized mans jumper is cheaper! Pricing of clothing makes no sense.

Before Christmas the store was offering 20% off and went in today sale signs still up but no 20% discount not in pressed but happy new year cheers Dougie

Usually get trainers in here. Sometimes when there’s an offer on I get my son a few t-shirts. I’ll definetly be buying more clothes from here as he grows up.

Prices are still a lot, to be honest if you look online they will have something at that price on different websites, so depends how much you want it…

This is quite a large store, full of lots of clothes and shoes for males, females and children. The items are usually reduced or discounted. I would highly recommended a visit.

Love Ralph, but currently there are no good deals in store. I appreciate ralph is an expensive brand, but there is no sign of an “outlet price” anywhere.

Good place to pick up a deal on Ralph Lauren. Given it’s an outlet, the staff are less useful than you might expect of the brand.
