The nursing staff are incredibly. They treat everyone with respect .
They deserve every penny they earn.
They are kind and work so hard.
Hospital staff, doctors and nurses that I have dealt with are fantastic. Second to none. A fantastic and well run hospital.
The car park is another story entirely unfortunately. I don’t know who the …
The hospital is a nightmare to navigate as buildings are called something else entirely on paperwork as opposed to what they’re called at the actual hospital and on maps. It’s extremely difficult to find anywhere as signs randomly stop long …
After my son was attacked by a dog he was transfered from barnsley to hallamshire, they got him straight in and went above and beyond to help him. So much time and care went into doing all they could to minimise future scaring. Amazing from people under so much stress at the moment
Transferred from Chesterfield Royal with a severe case of quinsy and blocked airway. All the staff in I1 were brilliant and thanks to the 2 consultants who sorted me out. A very scary ordeal made much less so by a great service.

Following 2 recent visits to Hallamshire, I cannot say I was filled with the slightest bit of confidence from any of the staff that I encountered. Their organisation is shocking, with a system for seeing and treating patients that makes …
Every member of staff I encountered was professional, polite and courteous. Unfortunately it’s the members of the public with zero patience that’s my bug bare. I use the term Amazon Culture, everything wanted doing yesterday. People slow down!!!! Be kind
The hospital and its medical staff are not a problem, but the hospital is completely let down by the woeful franchised outpatient pharmacy. Wait times of *two hours* in a hot & poorly-ventilated indoor space are simply unacceptable for …
Went for a blood test today – nice and organised ticket system and friendly and professional nurses completing the draws. Easy to find out way around the hospital too.
My girlfriend been here for about 5 times sent by GP to breast clinic with a sebaceous cyst. They’re not able to treat this. She’s been treated full of desinterest like there is no problem but she’s suffering a lot.
a great hospital appointments generally on time. Great staff no complaints from me or the treatment recieved
I had to go to minor injuries at the hospital earlier on with burns and all the Staff were absolute brilliant, not much of a wait time either. They also booked me a taxi back home. Can’t thank you all enough.
My husband is having intensive antibiotics therapy and we have been unable to park his disabled vehicle all bank holiday due to cars parked without disabled badges. Particularly this rude person who should know better.
Hospital great my appointment bang on time, downside parking horrendous

My partner and I were experiencing a miscarriage. They told us to hurry in but had us waiting 4 HOURS just to be seen by a doctor. We got there at 19:30, and my partner wasnt seen until 22:30/23:00!! Unacceptable and disappointing. To have …
Dr Akil and his team have given me my life back. After 2 months of agony I have regained movement. Thank you so much
I Must point out that at the time the parking around the hospital was appalling because of road work. Not the hospital fault.
Bad Parking (18 Jan 2022) B & C roads are closed, so the carpark gets full very quickly, local parking is rammed and no where near by to park, so if going around (Dec – March) 2022 go very early and find Alternative parking off site. …
Thank you to all the fantastic staff I had the pleasure of meeting last week, Cardiology investigations, Ultrasound, Tau, eye clinic outpatients, and especially the staff on I1 ward, You were all amazing, simply the best care and treatment anyone could ask for. My sincere thanks in these difficult times.

Good hospital but they don’t provide facilities for people with babies. Changing units are in toilets – on N level there is changing unit only in women toilets. Fathers have to look on other floors. There should be separate room for babies …

I attended the hospital for physiotherapy and found the staff to be caring and friendly. The appointments were running approx 10 mins late but the staff were apologetic and – considering the strain the NHS is under – I was more than happy to forgive them.

On attending a appointment, I was immediately asked by the Dr why I was not wearing a face mask, I was wearing my lanyard but demanded that I explain fully why I was exempt, as per the hospitals policy.
Scumbag strikers. Deaths are on your hands.
