RSA Motability is a different caliber of insurance company. Customer service is 5 star, couldn’t do enough to make the process so easy from reporting getting donked from behind to the actual repair itself. Kept informed all the way by RSA and their rapid repair network.

Having issues getting courtesy car while mine repaired. I understand the current issues but it doesn’t help me get my son who has had a stroke to see his kids and get out. We choose a motability car because the need for a good back up if it went wrong or got damaged. Unfortunately not proving the case.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Their client admitted full responsibility for driving into my car and customer services asked that we don’t need to involve our own insurance company. Absolute joke of an insurer, how an earth they got a contract to provide disabled people through mobility network , I do not know, they are not effiencient, timely or effective. They provide no adequate communication and leave disabled people without a courtesy car for weeks . Disgraceful behaviour!

My wife was hit by a Motability driver who admitted liability to the police. Accident was 26 Oct 2022 yet on 4 April 2023 the company has still not responded to requests from my wife’s Insurance company re accident.

Called at 16.20 and waited in queue for answer, when they eventually answered it was 17.10. I was informed that they closed at 17.00 so I would have to call back in the morning. Not very happy as it was open when I made the call. Unprofessional.
