Visited the hospital today as a day case patient for endoscopies. The staff in the unit are amazing! I was so scared and they put me at ease. The doctor was so caring and explained everything to me. I cannot thank you all enough.

Just been to the Robert peel drop in centre today, after my daughter finger became infected, the sister and the receptionist where fantastic, the nurse and the staff who treated my daughter and prescribed her the antibiotics were brill. Awful experience. More questions by reception and nursing staff about my ‘ethnicity’ and ‘gender’ than time spent diagnosing. Nurse failed to diagnose an abscess resulting in an A&E trip 24 hours later, advising to take paracetamol. Can’t see the point in such a unit if they don’t provide any level of care or service.

Absolutely disgusting service never answered the phone to me at all!!!! Meant to be a hospital but no one’s on reception

Twice in a space of a week ,2 family members went to Robert Peel and told nothing wrong with them.only to go straight to Goodhope and find 1 has 2 fractures and the other a severe infection.

The nicest staff I have ever encountered in a hospital. The two ladies that looked after me Ann, who booked me in was a lovely lady and then Rachael who stayed with me throughout my procedure, without whom I could not have done it, thank you so much, I really appreciated your kindness.

I was prepped for the procedure. Was treated with respect during the procedure. Amazing aftercare. No problems, no pain hours after arriving back home.

Would like to say a big thank you, to the staff on the Day Care Unit, who looked after me today, while having my Colonoscopy. Very well treated, was kept informed of the procedures, by courteous friendly staff. Made me feel comfortable, not nervous.

The system is so bad that if you cut yourself or you had an accident and you need to go for an emergency then you can die there because the waiting time evan are 2,3 in front of you is an hour or two. I don’t understand why they are called emergency…

Went as I’d caught my thumb with a drill bit. It had swelled up over night and was very painful. The nurse who saw me put a dressing on and told me to keep it dry for 7 days also was put on antibiotics

Very nice place my mum is there and they really looked after her there’s nothing they won’t do to make her comfortable very pleasant nursing and doctors

Big thank you to the Nurses at this site!! Excellent service. A day before i was due to fly out on holiday i needed medical attention. I came here and was stitched up imidiatley and was able to fly the next day.
Honnestly can not praise this place enough.

Went to the walk in xray department today and was in and out in just over half hr! I’ve waited way longer on an appointment on a few occasions. Staff were amazing too.

My dad had to visit the minor injury unit, due to a serious cut to his head. He was seen straight away and was in and out of the department within 30 minutes. Pleasant and efficient staff.

Bit worrying when the nurse cannot diagnose tonsillitis correctly and laughs at her patient. Avoid.

Only problem is that there is no A and E minor injuries only. Please note that you will be charged for parking, free for first 20 minutes then £2.00 after that and keeps going up depending on how long you are there.

Excellent Hospital, wonderful & professional staff that care.

I have used this hospital over many years. I have always received a good service and care we are very lucky to have this hospital.

Came in to see accident and emergency and got turned away at the door. Said ”no doctors work here and we are not A and E. So now I have to drive to another hospital.

They are very clean covid rules still apply, café is open for take away only

Bad advice from a skin consultant not happy at all these consultants play with people’s lives and all they think about it the cost taking someone off a medication that’s worked for 7yrs change the consultant all he’s thinking is saving …
