I wouldn’t go to spire hospital for gastric band 5 months it was going to take that is without my operation date and I was paying private what a waist of time then they change £200 then tried to change another £60 as well as £7,000 for the op they never kept me updated on anything

I can’t help but share my experience n although over a year ago I found the service and care wonderful. It can be a worry when you don’t know what is wrong with you and when you are dealt with quickly and with a caring manner it does make a difference. I was grateful.

Terrible communication. Impossible to get through to the right departments. You get put through by reception only to be transferred to that departments answer phone. You leave a message asking for a call back which never happens.

Have been treated very well even as an NHS patient. Very clean, relaxed environment, outstanding nurses.
