Super expensive. The sales are minimalistic.

Not much to say. I needed a duffel bag on my way to the airport and was able to buy one. The staff was very friendly and kind enough to let me switch all my belonging from my old bag into the new one somewhere in the store.

Very bad after sales service. They sold us two pairs of sturdy hiking boots that, when used, filled with sand through the mesh membrane on the front of the boots. After all kinds of promises, four times to the store and then a few emails, the final response was: “make your plan”. North face : never again for us.
