Disgusting customer service. Switchboard operator, impolite if you do get through to them, one out of four was polite. Employees totally lacking in relevant knowledge.when put through to relevant department had to listen to hideous music …

What can I even say about this place that Torfaen residents don’t know about? It’s like I pay council tax for the fun of it! Problems are never solved as emails are never replied to, and when I call the staff are nothing but rude, dismissive and will constantly talk over you.

Total shambles and not fit for purpose!
Far too many useless fatcats at the top draining the rescources and no one managing the front line departments.. …

The whole street have been waiting for over two weeks now for our recycling black bins to be collected council never gets back to you when you report it. Don’t even email residents that have the app explaining why collections are not being made. Very poor service, why do we pay council tax?

Never get through to Business rate’s department.

They don’t answer the phone at 1545hrs so must exactly long lunch.. !

Absolutely horrible council. ZERO comparison or sympathy for anyone. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

Have not had my recycling collected for weeks. Complained but nothing gets done. Useless and lazy. Time to complain to my MP.

absolutely useless and the people who answer the phones have a disgusting attitude.

At least an hour wait to talk to someone and when you do get to talk to someone they either hang up mid conversation or have a disgusting attitude throughout the whole call.

If possible I would rate them minus 5 stars ! Telephone response times are rediculus
