it’s a beautiful university, and one of the top ones in all of UK. The campuses are extremely pretty with lush green parks, tress everywhere, and lakes. You’ll see so many birds and animals around you, ducks, pigeons, geese, and deer, it’s crazy. To be here is to be in the midst of nature while still living a modern day life!

Visited University Park (Highfields) with 2 of our grandchildren. We had a great time. Adventure Golf, Football Golf, Boating on the lake, nice Car Park, Toilets and a great children play ground. Plenty of wildlife and trees.

Beautiful architecture and grounds, but this place has a massive discipline problem. During the pandemic, it’s students bad behaviour was responsible for spreading Covid around the city and surrounding areas and then their Vice Chancellor …

The university has some lovely grounds to walk through and iconic buildings. Highfields Park and the Lakeside Art Centre are open to the public. It is a nice place to visit to relax and unwind. Can’t review or comment on the actual university and services provided as not used.

Did my BA, MA and PhD here. At every stage, I looked at other places but nothing matched the warmth and welcome I got from the staff at Nottingham. The campus is beautiful and the sports facilities are incredible!

Great place to relax, you have a lot of space, great walking path and really nice lounging/picnic places. There’s something here for pretty much anyone

One of the best universities in UK (top 15 in UK). The architecture is top and hi-tech and the ambience is one of the best. The lake park is awesome and a major tourist attraction! I love this place. Nice muslim prayer room as well that adds to my favourite list.

One of the best places and memorable for me, I graduated 2020 from the prestigious university. Everything there is so natural, the bushes, the environment and the animals including squirrels are welcoming.

Beautiful place

We went on the boats and then spent some time in the kids play area. Definitely recommend it.

Pretty much whatever you’re interested in studying, you’ll likely to find an appropriate course here. Thoroughly recommend this as a place to learn.

I go to the sports and injury clinic for hydrotherapy for my disabilites, friendly staff, I would highly recommend the treatment. Excellent.

Excellent venue to enjoy a park on a summer’s day. It is very scenic and has a lake as well as a small waterfall.
The Cafe was closed but that may be because we went in the evening.
Just so you know, the toilets still seem to be closed.

The boating lake is excellent, and well worth paying for an hour of rowing or paddling just to experience the place from a different angle. There is a very good children’s playground too, and the cafe and ice cream sellers do a good trade.

I am a long distance student but I love to pop into university ever so often.
The university is a lovely campus and does not feel like your in a city.
Everywhere feels very safe especially during the pandemic.
Well worth a visit.

As a retired member of staff living locally, I am fortunate enough to have access to the wonderful Hallward library. It is an excellent resource set in beautiful grounds.

This place is like heaven, So beautiful. I use this route to go to my workplace. One of the best universities. Bit expensive but you have to accept it.

Stayed for a weekend event. Dorm rooms fine for what was needed. The athletic facility were amazing.

Great park nice walk

Hospital nurses were lovely today but parking was ridiculous! We were told Our uncle only has a very short time with us & we couldn’t park anywhere in the hospital. Cars were behind other cars on pavement areas & grass within the large car park. I feel that maybe because it’s still free that it’s not being used for just people visiting.

Great if you’re really smart and good at individual work, you’ll be successful. But if you need a bit of help they don’t care at all. Student well being and individual help (at all levels) is at the bottom of their priority list. Really bad if you ask me.

I have been in that hotel, the treatment of the workers is terrible, the rooms are not very clean, the workers work for more than 14 hours and are paid in national currency despite the fact that the hotel receives payment in foreign currency, the Food is terrible, I don’t like it at all.

One of the most open and collaborative uni i have ever studied for my education so far. I am lucky to have my PhD at this amazing uni. The stuff in every department are genuinely helpful and very friendly. So, go for it!
