I was pleased and would recommend them because they are knowledgeable, honest, extremely helpful and genuine. sales person was very diligent in ensuring the car was prepared and in perfect working order with sales service and communication was first rate, which was a refreshing change from the industry norm.

Bought a car from here recently. Because it was new I had to wait 10 months for it. No fault of the company, they kept me reasonably well informed. Handover was good, clear, precise and professional, sales staff very good with close attention to detail and customer service.

Having taken delivery of my used XC40 from Solihull, I noticed a stone chip in the windscreen. I raised it with Johnsons and they arranged for a replacement windscreen to be fitted and let me have a courtesy car for the day. No fee, no quibble.. perfect!
