Write a ReviewIn the pediatric unit , poorly ran spent most of the 12 hours there listening to the staff talking about there private life and gossip about co workers . When you ask for an update regarding waiting times as you have a 3 year old and 10 …
I’ve never found paying for parking so stressful in my entire life! Being at the hospital for 3 hours was absolutely fine and everyone in there was fantastic. We left in a great mood, then we had to pay the parking and even an hour later I’m so stressed I’ll never drive there again
A&E nurse Kelly was amazing made me feel very comfortable and she does her job very well thank you so much. Kelly gets 5 stars. But waiting nearly 13 hours is a very sad thing… and one lady on reception was very rude. But the nurses need …
Staff are absolutley brilliant. Made my wife and myself feel at ease and explained everything clearly at every stage. The cleanliness couldn’t be faulted. The best experience you could ask for in stressful times. Thank you to every single staff member who works there!
The doctors and the nurses are very good, they have delivered a nice job to me. The only reason I have given 3 stars is because of the long hours of waiting, one of the reception ladies is very rude. And finally in the end of my operation, …
The parking is absolutely terrible. Firstly the spaces are very narrow, there is a dead end on the last row so it’s badly thought out – horrendous. I would really suggest not bothering using it, either use public transport or a taxi …
My son came in for surgery. He was on ward B10. I just want to say how fantastic the staff are on the ward. They put my son at ease and made him feel comfortable. Also the doctors who did his surgery were amazing. Fantastic all round.

This review is for all the amazing Maternity staff , my daughter had our granddaughter the 7th February 2023 and we honestly would not had any better care and service at any other hospital private or NHS . The midwives , Doctors , Nurses and Auxiliary staff were outstanding Thank You
The NHS is at its all time low and Warrington is definitely in the top 3 for worst hospitals in the uk. Everyone I know comes out in worse shape than they went in, an is it just me they can’t do anything they have to transfer you somewhere else? Once they’ve finished nearly killing you that is….
Shockingly dirty. And many many staff members in administration placing god with people’s appointments. However my review is re how dirty this place is its disgusting. 5 weeks between two appointments and the dirty was still there. You …
I was admitted to CSTM unit Halton Hospital yesterday for ENT surgery. This was my 1st hospital admission other than having children, the care was excellent, I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after me.
All staff so lovely and kind! Especially those who were working the night shift in the Same Day Emergency Care Ward on 29/03/23-30/03/23. They were all so amazing and working so well despite the stress they may have been under. Two blonde …
Demoralised and unsympathetic A&E staff. Cant blame them really. Staff running round looking for obs equipment that works no times for breaks or to actually care. Considering we are 6th richest country in the world this hospital is like …
Staff were all amazing and did everything they could to help me.
Amazing that they can achieve all this with the limited funds they receive. If I could have given more stars I would have
Well I am not sure what to say. I lost my Nan in ward a4 on 5/2/23 and sadly within a few days my grandad has deteriorated and ended up in a3 broken hearted and suffering from cancer. The day of nans funeral 2/3/23 I could not get my …

2hour wait…to then go into another waiting room and I died for 1 hour wait… to then wait 3 hour for x ray results. I did ask prior if they could just to my GP but nurse said Dr should have it straight up on his computer and speak with you about it
Warrington Hospital is archaic and not fit for purpose anymore, In an ever growing Warrington population the hospital becomes year on year more overwhelmed and it’s size or lack of becomes more apparent. …
I would like to thank A & E Dr Rachel Wallis for her support and I can’t thank enough the amazing team in the Fragility Assessment Unit, Louise and Beth, Jackie and I think Ireen were so amazing in the care and support then assement they gave to my father, I can’t thank you enough xx
Ears sorted in Audiology. The service was excellent and the staff very attentive. Procedure carried out with skill and professionalism.
Was diagnosed earlier this year by a student doctor with osteoporosis. Found out this week that I just have body dysmorphia, and have been taking steroids and other wacky meds for over 2 months!
I have been waiting for a skin cancer procedure for 6 months, the receptionist at Warrington hospital could not be more vile if she tried. good luck getting seen never mind saved
A year ago I gave three stars, and wrote that this really should be ten stars for the Endoscopy Dept and no stars for the appointment system and for the post-procedural follow-up. …

After phoning 111 the agent advised A&E . We waited 3 hours for triage , the staff in this hospital are overworked and still remain 5star humans. I’m in awe of the hours they work . The porters who helped us when we got lost heading to …
This is honestly the worse hospital I’ve ever known. My fiancé went into slow labour last Wednesday. She was told to come in at 2pm on Friday. We got ready for that only to be told it was at 4pm. That’s fair enough. However, on getting …
I cannot thank the staff at A & E enough last night. They were fantastic from start to finish. From triage staff who were so caring and reassuring from the start, to a reception staff member asked if I was ok a couple of hours into the …
My Mum has been in warrington for 4 weeks now. To write everything that has gone on would take forever, so here is one little example; there are signs everywhere saying “wash your hands” and we all know that it’s important to wash our …

Actual treatment and help extremely good. The parking is a rip off though. Entered car park at 08.04 left 08.33 charged £3.50. If they do this to everyone a nice little earner
Awful hospital. Was sent here from another hospital in Liverpool to see the specialist. Doctor was very moody and agitated that they’d been woken up and even asked us “could this not have not waited till tomorrow” they’d then suggested it …
One of the worst hospitals ever. My sister had been coughing up blood since 5pm, and after going straight to the hospital, eventually got seen at 4.am??? Absolutely pathetic. The place is dirty, unkempt and the staff absolutely don’t care …
My sister has tested positive for COVID and is currently waiting at a&e and has been for hours. I understand its busy, but COVID is life threatening and should be processed. The nurse was extremely rude to my sister, and gaslight her, this …

A very very slow process so attend with patience. Be warned some of the staff find work is time for a mother’s meeting too rather than dealing with patients in Emergency department for a reason.
I had my twins here 3 years ago now and they were amazing. I live in warwickshire and was rushed there during the night for an emergency c section. I had the pleasure of staying for 3wks as the girls were 10wks early. The care and …

Terrible A&E. waiting time 12 hours. But the worst is the staff. Not sure who praises NHS. Probably those people who never come here seeking help. The nurse providing me with painkillers was so unpleasant and forced a fake politeness in …
It helps me lots when something may of happened or there was an emergency and it is perfect. It was great how they help me and this is one of the greatest emergency hospitals.
Absolutely inhuman behaviour..
Not only took three hours for triage… But also another three just to give my husband analgesia for his severe back pain due to disc prolapse. He was begging …
Someone need to look at the A&E department and investigate… 10hrs wait before you see a doctor is pretty standard while you see them walking round with their phones texting and laughing most of the shift. It’s a joke of a place and one to avoid at all costs (A&E department)
Was told my cut was fine, went back in the week as it was still bleeding and was told I should have gotten stitches when I first went!! Now I can’t get them because of the risk of infection. So I have an open cut that will heal, but could have been sorted initially.
Wish I could give zero stars, a 5 month old brought in with a temperature at 6am this morning, told at 10am it’s a 10 hour wait, eventually told after giving calpol and dipping his wee they had no concerns…..111 contacted as temp now 39 …
Absolitley ridiculous children’s a&e department. We have been here longer than all patients that have already been given a room to have sleep in. My child is currently lay on 3 chairs being ignored its 11.30pm.

Appointments only for the blood clinic making it a quick visit.
If there was a zero star I would award it. A and E the cubicles were dirty with tissues on the floor filled with blood. There was one nice nurse the rest were rude and when talking amongst themselves, didn’t want to be there but were bank …
I have to say somewhat dissappointed, I accept that waiting times are longer, I understand that care has to be prioritised, the initial assessment and Triage I cannot fault. Previous to this visit I have had nothing but admiration for the …
Just spent a couple of days on C20. Staff run off their feet but remained smiling, they really worked for their money. A lot of moving of patients due to decorating but remained safe at all times. I was very happy to see the ward manager …
