I have made a long way in the rain to buy a pair of jeans. And the fitting room was simply closed. I asked the staff to open it, but they refused. It was 1.5 hours before closing time. It was a complete waste of time to come to this shop. I am very disappointed. I like the clothes, but the customer service is very bad.
