Way too slow. I asked how much longer we need to wait and one of the staff – Carol said ‘If you want to go, go!’ but they were not the doctor and not the nurse, they were arrogant and seemed to be annoyed that there were so many patients. Well, if they were acting quicker, there might not have been many patients.

A busy general hospital with a 24 hour A&E. Excellent services in all departments and wonderfully professional, kind and caring staff.

Kind, compassionate nursing and healthcare staff at all levels. I was dealt with quickly and professionally by the nurses, and although my problem wasn’t identified or solved by the doctors, but rather passed back to my GP, I still thought that probably the best had been done under challenging conditions.

This hospitals A and E fails completely for Covid safety practice. Covid patients seated with non-covid. Little or no sanitation of medical equipment. This is my personal experience. I would avoid if at all possible. …

Apart from a long walk/wheelchair ride through the hospital to the Pre-op Assessment Unit (a nearby disability parking facility would help enormously) service was excellent with kindness and courtesy. Much appreciated.

A&E packed as usual.
Staff very friendly. You just need to be a patient patient and keep your parking ticket up to date

Treatment was good, nurses in triage were doing there best, reception staff could have a bit more compassion, I was shouted at for trying to help them understand what was wrong with a family member, she was very poorly and struggling to talk

Very professional, caring and supporting doctors and nurses. Considering the pressure that they are under.

I cannot slate the staff coz we all know how it is for them. But I am not gonna lie. I was sat there for 8 hours, woman next to me had been there 11! Just waiting to be seen

Made an appointment . Seen promptly by a nurse. Given advice for a muscle sprain . All fine. Well done NHS.

Had an appointment yesterday in outpatients oxford suite area 3, cant say enough how terrific the staff were, shout out to the consultant and the healthcare girls who were fantastic,professional kind and attentive

Very clean, and bright. A little liw on staff but that is the pressure of covid.

Great staff, and the endoscopy crew are full of fun which helps keep you calm and not worry.
