My mum had an appointment at the hospital and she was very happy with the staff. In particular a nurse called Raul who made her feel comfortable, pushed her on wheelchair throughout her visit and made her feel welcomed and comfortable. Thankyou Edgbaston hospital

Nothing like city… heartlands… sandwell… good hope. Straight in for blood tests dead on my appointment time n was out within minutes. Same with pre op assessment… in and out. Can’t fault the staff and surgeons here. Staff are very polite and helpful and my surgeon was amazing
