Thank you so much to Tracy (on the front desk) who was absolutely fantastic today. She was so helpful and kind and looked after my daughter so I could be seen. She even gave her a little teddy bear to take home. Without her going above and beyond I would have had to reschedule my appointment so thank you so much!

Cant fault this community hospital in even the smallest way. The staff are absolutely amazing. Short waiting times, stitched up and sent on my way within 20 minutes. Without doubt the best walk in centre I have ever used. If only they were all like this. Every single member of staff a star.

Horrible hospital. The staff are rude, unhelpful and basically lazy. Unless a patient visits the hospital when it suits them they are even more caustic than normal. I live within one mile of the hospital, but now I travel to Telford hospital 15 miles away to avoid being treated by one of Count Dracula’s disciples.

Car park pay machines is dreadful. Buttons all warned out so not clear and also no prices. As soon as you press the buttons it says pay up but won’t accept payment. Called the phone number for help which there is no answer. Made me late for my appointment. Utterly disgusting.

Very professional and friendly treatment on two occasions of visiting the MIU. I was speedily dealt with.
I commend the department for its skills.

The employee on the front desk was so rude to my wife she reduced her to tears. And then laughed about it with her colleague in front of her. I emailed and called to complain but received no response to either.

My first visit and everyone was absolutely wonderful, from receptionist to staff to clinic and consultant. Well done everybody.
