was treated pretty badly but when i challenged them they at first closed ranks but then gave up and repayed my deposit. a very uptight outfit that should take a chill pill and breathe. there’s a guy there in a cheap suit that thinks he’s robert deniro lol.

This credit union is run to the best of their ability. Primarily the staff are friendly, understanding and professional for a service run by volunteers. They provide a vital service for those of us on low incomes and should be appreciated more, if you don’t like it, volunteer and change it for the better if you can.

great for people trying to save or borrow on low incomes. On line facility is very convenient and transparent – deposits and withdrawals always reliably registered. Loan rates compare very well with more predatory for -profit lenders.

I have been a member of London Capital for ten years and seen it go from strength to strength in that time. Applying for a loan is easy and they send you a text message as soon as it has been approved.

They are very good online and in person.You get one to one attention.The website feels very secure.You know exactly what loan repayments are and they treat you well .I have and do recommend to anyone to join and commit to save.

Brilliant service all the staffs are approachable and helpful they have come too my rescue a couple of times keep up with the great service x

Charges $20 dollars to dispute a transaction, charges fees for anything and everything. Stay away from this bank.

Pretty good overall but ABSURD fee to simply process a loan payment over the phone via a debit card. $10 just for someone to do the EXACT thing as if I showed up at a branch is ridiculous. I will pay it off and move on.

I have had great service at the Neenah location. April really helped me out in a pinch with VISA gift cards. I have bank accounts elsewhere but when I really need banking services the credit union is where I go.
