Had a nasty blocked sewer drain and contacted ni water, the caller on the phone was extremely helpful the engineer was at the door 2 hours later and unblocked the drain in minutes and explained what he done and also gave follow up advise, the service was very good and they sorted my issue quick and efficiently thanks ni water

been trying to log in for 3 weeks now, with error code coming up, phoned them 10 times and each time got nothing back, but wait 5 working days, 3 weeks to log in, seriously. our rates pay for the incompetent IT dept there. sort it out and employ someone who knows what they are doing.

I call out the sewer service , the man come in very soon ! Sort out my problem in no time ! And scan my drain ,wash out all the bad stuffs too . Very nice work ! Never got high stander service like that!! Well done!

Discovered my water pressure into my house was over 9 bar only New because it blew the seals on my electric shower

I went to NI water in school trip with my son. It was great to know where/how the water recycled after flushing the toilet.

Blocked sewer fixed within a few hours all cleared up. Well done
