I was not at the showroom to purchase a car but instead I visited to look at a car was I was possibly going to get as a company car. Despite no potential sale, Richard L was incredibly helpful and willing to offer assistance. On that basis, I would recommend this dealership.
Dealt with Brett who was very helpful and, refreshingly for car sales, was focused on helping us to make the right decision rather than pressuring us to buy a car then-and-there. This approach has made it far more likely that we will buy a Volvo in the future.
I was not happy at first, but Criss Carter is the man to go to. Solved every thing smoothly. Squire center leatherhead is not the nearest to me but I choose to visit them due to good service.

Whilst I didn’t end up buying a Volvo in the end Richard Lulham made it very tough not to. He was very professional and obviously believes in the cars he is selling. Would have happily done a deal with him, just didn’t quite work this time.
I went into Volvo Leatherhead last week. I spoke to someone in sales called Lewis. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The test drive was very smooth and he made me feel very comfortable.
We went for a look at Squire Furneaux to size up a XC60 for our dogs. Lewis was on hand to help and pointed us to a lovely XC90. He was well informed and made our decision easier. From that point he and Lilly made our purchase stress-free and a pleasure.
I bought an XC60 from them and have had it serviced and MOT’d here ever since. The customer service is fantastic and very friendly.

Bought our last few cars from here, sadly the service isn’t as good as it used to be. If you call it rare for anyone to pick up the phone and there is no way to leave a message. The overall level of service just isn’t up to the once high standard.
A very poorly run and managed dealership. Getting through to anyone on the phone is almost impossible, you get promises call backs that never happen. Very poor for a Volvo dealer, I would highly suggest trying other dealerships that aren’t Squire Furneaux.

Strange. Went in for a test drive. Told them that I had put a £99 deposit on a Volvo at another garage but was still looking around. They refused to give me a test drive. I then bought a £28000 Volvo from an altogether different dealer and the other dealer returned my deposit.
