Transferred my money to their account over 10 days ago, sent three emails and no response at all. Avoid if you can!!!!

The service was great before Brexit. Recently however they have started charging transfer fee and exchange rate has also gone down. If you are transferring money from germany it takes 2-3 working days for money to reach in their account. There is no reason to stick to this company you can choose any other service which is faster.

We trusted our life savings with Rational FX and we can safely say that our dealer was very reassuring and we soon received our savings back in our U.K. account from Malta. I have been using RationalFX for over 10 years. They have always provided an excellent service in making regular transfers to my bank in France and their service continues to give me satisfaction.

It was good till last year. Now their rates have also come down and they have started charging if we make transfers over a particular amount. The sad part is that I was not even notified of this change and I had to call them up to understand the change. I find Transferwise better and have gone back to Transferwise.

Really nice service, I use them everytime I can… Sometimes they are a little bit aggressiv, but I can understand them this is a stressfull job .. Otherwise they saved me a lot of money so thx, i will never use my bank anymore for this kind of transaction
